My relationship with United Airlines was part-liason for their loyalty program and relationship with Chase, part director for their range of core digital business initiatives. I devised new solutions for United’s Premier program, helped to introduce new tools into the United app (such as travel vouchers) and even redesigned a version of United’s boarding passes. I presented to United executives and shepherded key initiatives through to launch, typically on the United app or on the United website.
Results
United Airlines serves over 140 million people per year, and the United customer journey is extremely complex and time relevant. Our team’s project launches substantially contributed functional value for United travelers, who rely heavily on the app, website, and digital communications as a key part of their travel journey. Many of our pushes were focused specifically to cater to United’s business traveler clientele, who are amongst the most exacting of all air travelers.
