At LC, I lead the connected experiences team, which combines experience design and engineering underneath a single departmental vision. I’ve had an opportunity to define and build an entire new practice, consisting of everything from setting team levels and structure, creating a vision and benchmarked goals for the team, championing and evangelizing team accomplishments, crafting thought leadership, and of course driving A-level work for our existing clients and potential new partners.
Beyond the CX team, I also lead our agency efforts in evolving our company website, and I chair a variety of other cross-department initiatives, including the development of new AI agents and our company’s detailed AI policy. Laughlin Constable won AdAge small agency of the year in 2024 and has sights set on even grander A-list visions for the future.
