I regularly create icon libraries and systems as part of broader digital guidelines, or in accordance with specific client project needs. Successful icon libraries must serve a variety of objectives, from acting as clear identifiers for user wayfinding to strengthening digital brand sentiment and visual identity. Icon systems must also isolate the most important themes and focus on key communications to aid with clarity. Icon overuse is common across the internet, so restraint is important. Included here are examples for YMCA of America, Boots Pharmacy, Vi Living, and others.
