At VML, I led the pitch team that won J&J’s business and drove the vision for J&J’s Consumer Health website, featuring household name brands like Band-Aid, Johson’s, Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno and more. While most Americans are familiar with these brands, our challenge was to elevate that awareness to the corporate level. We created a site that showcased all the game-changing innovation J&J Consumer Health has added to the world (specifically for new career prospects, who often prioritize brand prestige when making their decision to work for J&J or for a competitor).
I led our team in creating a new brand-driven vision for the site, delivered in agile UX/UI process, before overseeing the J&J team to bring the new site to life.
