ADT partnered with VML to build an exciting new roadmapped vision for the future of its business, considering its budding relationship with Google and the Google Nest line of products. Utilizing CX strategy methodologies, I helped lead the joint client + agency team in co-defining user journeys, identifying key audience pain points, and delivering architectural and visual design solutions against a variety of key business challenges.
Results Our initial recommendations were implemented for immediate business impact, leading to an 80% increase in digital conversion for key ADT.com sales pathways.
