Northwestern Medicine

Northwestern Medicine has a long-term brand relationship with Laughlin Constable, but digital workstreams lapsed during the pandemic as NM brought UX, UI and engineering work in-house. I led the team that reinvigorated that client connection, working to create both a near-term and longer-term design vision for their corporate website.

We applied elevated UI design to a range of key pages within their existing site to deliver our elevated vision and provided guidance for their internal teams to implement. This project opened the doors to new projects and opportunities with NM as we resurrected the digital partnership.
