The Minwax client team was looking for new ideas. Not just brand ideas, but product ideas- new, exciting, creative ways to make its products easier, more effective, and more enjoyable to use. Our VML team led a multi-round CX strategy effort to ideate around several opportunity territories for MinWax products and deliver fresh new ideas.
Few things are less enjoyable than exterior staining, but we delivered idea after idea aimed to make the process tolerable, and in some cases, even (dare I say) relaxing or entertaining. Our work was shared internally and strongly received and positioned our agency as more than just a marketing partner—we became a product consultant and truly intertwined from a relationship perspective.
